(help) Need Help With Startup Please

ok theres a website were it gives you helpful information on what programs to disable from the service option on xp it also tells you that the best way to disable a program is not thru msconfig but services i wiped my computer clean and i lost the website they have like diffrent options like safe mode,gaming mode and stuff like that if this rings th bell on anybodys head please give me the link i think it was something like black venom sevice mods i found it on this website but i dont remember were
