Aqua-Soft Forums(I ment who mods please edit) I've been thinking about this a lot and couldnt come up with an exact answer. Who has rights to immages generated by a screensaver or a visualization plug in for a media player? The programer or the person that was using the screen saver or plugin. At first I thought the programer but then I thought a programer that makes a plugin for photoshop might have rights to an immage I make with their plugin. I'm realy not sure so I was woundering what you all think.
How Has Rights To Screenshots?
I mean lets say I am using a screen saver and I think it would make a cool backround I press printscreen paste the image in paint and save it as a jpeg. It looks like a great backround can I share it without the permission of the author of the screen saver? The only thing I realy did is press printscreen.
Heres a tip, dont share unless its yours.
