I was just wondering if there is an official release date for the new version of MobyDock with the DX9 implemented.
Could you ballpark it at least?
I CANT WAIT! Im firing up my Geforce4 in anticipation.

Yes, me too. I am also very anxious try out your new dock. It is going to be amazing!! We need a release date of some sort so we're not checking every single day, 3 times a day in anticipation that the dock will be ready!! Please, spare us the dissapointment of yet another day going by without knowing if it is available. I hope its not too far away!! ![]()
well... we are three... now ![]()
agreed. not to put pressure on Moby, of course, but we want this app!
hi,
my time for dock-development is very limited at the moment. it will NOT be release within a week.
i will keep you informed !
moby
G'day Moby tnx for all your work with the dock. It is great!
Do you have any idea when your site will be open?
Also I have two suggestions for Mobydock, tho they may already be there.
One I want to be able to have a dock icon link to my ISP shortcut and not just Network Connections as I have at present.
My OS is XP.
Two I want to be able to have a dock icon that shows the desktop, much like Win-key+M does.
I have no idea how your proposed dock under dx9 will act differently but I look forward to it.
I have dx9 installed and it works great, though I don't notice any difference to dx8.x
Keep up the great work !

Hey, no rush. I was just wondering. I cant wait.
You think you could be the one to fight Apple and include the Genie Effect. It was done in the beta of ObjectDock. I bet EVERYONE would use your dock if it had the Genie.
So what other projects are you working on, Moby?
Ya I mean, heck, if its using the graphics card why not do a genie effect? All you would have to do is plug in the script or something like that. No cpu usage taken up!
Charlie Brown.... Show desktop file is @ C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\ ......create a shortcut and drag it to your dock.
