Finally....I received mail from ieub:

hey mate, sorry for not responding to all your message, but real life has taken over digital entertainement, & for now i can't spend as much time as i wished to work on skinning stuff, i still continue to mod a bit though, but only for me for now...so my guess is that you should finish this skin & distribute it, cos i don't really think i could finish it, passes to the internet & so on...

But don't worry! He sent me the file and I'm almost done I need to update it a bit, add this and that and test it with some people (they are already chosen). Expect a release next week
