Rights For Icons

What is the license of the OSX icons / background (link/text would be appreciated) ? What are we allowed to do with it (include in corporate powerpoint, redistribute, whatever...) and not to do ?

You are allowed to do whatever you want to do with them, except releasing them so other people can download them. You can edit them and use them, as long as you dont upload them on the internet so other people can download them. It is the same as with all other digital art

I would say give a disclaimer saying that you do not own the rights to the images nor assume to, and never, NEVER gain profit from them, even when they are included in a program.
