Um, i don't have a mac, the programs discussed there (other than axialis icon workshop) are for mac
Almost every one on this forum does not have a mac...and that is besides the point..
What i think Seph was saying was did you search the forums before you posted?

IconShop. 
I tried that, it doesn't seem to work for some, am i doing something wrong, i get an rsrc file, rename it to .icn, then use that, it doesn't work sometimes :cry:

Ok, thank you Keith, but, it can't seem to get anything but 32x32 icons, is there a way to get out 128x128? I know that the files i'm using have 128x128, it just doesn't show that, and the one's that are there are really low quality, because their small 
Edit: IconShop says it only finds 16x16 and 32x32s, any other programs?
if you would have read that thread you talk about in which the apps are for mac, i said that, they even have a windows xp version of an icns to ico convertor... isnt that what you want?
dude i have one on my mac at work, but it only converts to 64x64 ico. are you still interested?
Umm, it says it can make them into ico files that are compatible with windows, the program is in a .dmg, imposible for me to open
