I've created 5 IP themes as well and wanted to release them for the forum, these themes are:

1- MuB

2- DarkAqua (black icons)

3- World of aqua

4- TIcon

5- OutLined

But the authors never came back to me !!

What should I do ?

First you should give them to people that are willing to redistribute, then let them take requests and do your dirty work distributing the packages to everyone that wants them and that way you can say you never released it.
