Anyone Want It ?

i made this flash getting data from the XML of the DesktopWeatherXML samurize widget......

cause i need some weather detail sometimes..

and don't want it always showing my desktop

(it'll make my desktop too full)

now i'm use Tadis's milk suite's weather widget...-->edit the config and add a metter-link link to this Flash.

it's useful for me...so wondering you guys will need it too...?

it looks not very pretty now, but if lot's of people like...

i can make it looks better...

(my english isn't very good...hope you understand what i mean :moon: )

It looks very cool. I think this can open up a bunch of new posibilities like animated icons and whatnot.

Why haven't more people made things like this?

I'd think with Flash, VBScript, and Active Desktop, a person could make some really nice samurize type things without the samurize.

That looks really nice. However Samurize hates me, but I'll use it if it works.

Why only Tiawanese porn? Why not Japanese, or Argentine, or the African Clicking Tribe?

and it not exactly need samurize...

just need a weather XML file that keep updating (I use samurize to do that for me)

Hehehehe... Smart guys all the time... Yeah I kinda figured it was a weather forcasting thingy.. That was pretty obvious, But what makes it better then say Tadis's setup? I'm not knockin' it I'd like to know whats the differance if it's done with flash? It looks cool... Maybe with a different background?

If that's the case, you do realize that if you click on the Samurize tray icon your config will be removed from the desktop, but will still be available.

Well i would love to just a see through background. Like on Konfabulator's weather widget. Kind of like a glass background

i miss saying something ...

I do use the samurize weather widget now..(tadis's milk suite)

and as you know..it only display daytime's high temperature and condition icon

and I think that's enough for my desktop.

but I need more detalis sometime..(like the humid...percentage of raining...UV...etc.)

so I made this flash ....
