Dark Os X Panther

Has anyone seen the Dark OS X Panther that's on wincustomize.com?? it's a very nice skin but when i try to maximize thw window, there is a little space at the bottom of the screen. If anyone has this skin, can ya tell me how to fix it??

Let me put it this way: this theme looks very bad. Very very bad. A lot below standards set on Aqua-Soft. It's not worth it in my opinion.

dis skin is very very low in terms of quality, but teh Idea behind it is great!

Hopefully some quality-skinner can make agood skin out of it

tried downloading that a while back. couldn't get it to work... wb just spat at it. dunno why. gave up on it quick tho :/
