Pretty cool app. Nice add-on for the desktop, for a much more mouse-free navigating experience. ;)

Ok, i dont really understand what this app does. It just sits on top of my start-bar, and kinda does nothing

Anyone want to explain? :canadian:

It allows for simplified access to difficult to access things which are many levels down into your folders.

You just need to configure it.

Say, if you have a document under your documents folder>xxx>yyy>zzz>17986312789>su70987danc.... (you get the idea), but you have configured AppRocket to access that folder, then what you do to get to that document will simply be alt+space (if you hide the AppRocket bar) and type . Et voilà! The document shows up on the slide down menu and you can just click it. Or by pressing enter.

Very neat method to navigate without a mouse. You can do that with mp3s and movies as well. :naughty: I do that when I'm too lazy to reach for my mouse and scroll through my playlist.

this is a great program. definately go check it out. Well worth the seemingly over priced $18 they are charging for it. I use it ALL the time.

i just Win+R

.. you get the point.. if you're using a computer you should be able to type fast. How often do you go to a folder that hidden? Me? Other then my phoenix profile folder which I go to once a month tops. I got my trusty hidden pr0n folder so the girl doesn't find it.. and that's not even that deep. Just cleverly named to look like a regular ol' part of windows.

Edit: after loading their site, looks like it does more then the short definition given here.. so maybe i'm underestimating it's validity.

i like the tab button better than downarrow for completing what i'm typin into the adressbar. it's alot faster i think. :canadian:

i love the tab too.. damn shame it doesn't work in the run dialoge. Wish someone would find a way to add tab completion to it.

I remember the earlier versions docking only to the top of the screen. Does this version allow docking to other areas?
