I created this at college in photoshop today, i'm going to use it for my window controls in SSBlack Panther.
Please make suggestions for how I can improve it. I may make it part of a wallpaper later as well.

OK, this really annoys me. The under highlight is not supposed to be white. It is supposed to make the color more richer. In photoshop, that layer needs to be "Screen" Other than that it looks fine.
It already is screen.
I followed the tutorial in Duckie's History thing. The one posted at XIcons. I could be the lighting effects I've used but they aren't that bright.
Cool, except for a little bluriness. 
Doh! I mean Overlay. I always get those mixed up.

I've finished the wallpaper now, hopefully on friday I'll release SSBlack Beta 2. (Mostly complete bar the shellstyle.dll which I'll need someone else to do).
They don't shrink very well (They appear bland and lifeless).
Does anyone have PNG versions of the originals?
I've tried repeatedly to convert the ones in the skin to work well with SSBlack but the borders go horribly blocky and can't match the cradient of the caption bar.
