Has anybody Customize Outlook Express aqua style?

:( Just asking cause right before aqua-soft was going thru all those webhosts and loosing all their forums one member was working on the .DLL for outlook .

i have a current dll for express that looks very nice except that all the text for menus and bottons are left underscore's and symbol's. It looks like an unfinished project, so if anyone wants to take the time to finish it. I think that I got it from susumu's site :blink:
