Can you please tell me how to remove MSN IM from my Win Xp Home PC?

It is in C:\Program Files\Messenger. Just rename or delete it.

If your talking about windows messenger you can uninstall it in add remove programs windows components

Start/Run/RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

if you have sp1, it's in the add/remove area. ms had to comply with legal requests.
