If you read my last post you'd see that the Enlightenment window manager on linux has had that for a long time. It also had snapshots for minimized windows before anyone else.

But the point I'm trying to make is that they're trying to patent a very specific previewing system.

Download the .Dimg files that're attached to the patent application, and have a look through them (with the image explanations) and you'll see what they're trying to preview.

It's not (from what I've seen of Enlightenment) the same as what Enlightenment does, but I may be wrong.
