Tigos Problem Translated

Tigos sendme a prv with his problem (he is the brazilian guy who don´t speak english very well) so i could help him translating it for him. I didn´t find the old topic, so o create a new one.

Ppl, that´s the problem:

I´m creating a OSXpack for WindowsXP in brazilian portuguese and almost everything is ready, only lasting one file. This one is MSGINA.DLL. I did modified the icons on it, but, on the shutdown screen i can´t get the size of this dialog right.

I have a image with 455x154px, and, on the RESTORATOR (that i use to hack the files) this size don´t do the job, the windows gets too big... bigger than it should get on 455x154 pixels.

I ask, is possible, how i could create BMP with transpárency for using with those DLLs, like the toolbar on the XP. Which app should i use? Photoshop, fireworks? to export BMP with transparency?
