[help][request]a Mysterious Theme?

Just while I was tweaking firefoxpc to firefoxmac, I saw this screenshot.

I couldn't find anything about that visual style on the forum.

Is anyone familiar with this particular visual style displayed in the screen?

Where can I get it?
