How Do I Edit The Iex.ini File?

I'm not overy computer savy and I don't know how to edit the iEx.ini file. Could someone please enlighten me?

[can be read as, how do i make the program work?]

Open the file with Notepad,

Edit the last line:

; If you don't edit the following line to 1, iEx won't load

IniEdited=0

Save
