[help] How To Edit Winamp Skins?

how can i edit winamp 2.xx skins? my favorite tool, reshacker, doesn't work with these files.

Hmmm....I don't know about 2.xx skins, but you can unzip 5.xx skins (.wal files, but they are simply zips) and mess with graphics and xml that is inside. Did you try unzipping it?

Its just a .ZIP file. Rename the extention unzip and edit away, the put the files back into the zip and name back.

so

skin.WAZ (i think its waz isnt it?) >rename to skin.ZIP >unzip>edit files>rezip>rename to skin.WAZ

You can set Powerarchiver up to associate with winamp skins (.wsz) then you dont even have to rename the extension, just open it, extract and away you go
