History Of Aqua - Discuss
It just sounds like someone is living in the past. Do we really need a 10 part series on this? I don't think so. Unless you want to rehash everything just so we can "appreciate you". ![]()
Its just a history lesson I don't remember anyone asking for. And how can someone compare this to Shakespeare or the Pilgrims?
EDIT:\\ And if you want, I can take the old thread out of the trash bin.

Hey Duckie...
This is great. Even vaguely knowing some of the info - its real nice to get the details and how things came to be.
Thanks for taking the time and for sharing. Waiting for more.
Seems you can always find someone complaining about everything (I'm sure you could find the same type of people back "in the beginning")
Thanks! ![]()

Is there going to be an exam?

It appears you don't like to be criticized then, i mean being helpful has nothing to do with appreciating or criticizing your efforts, right?
Maybe those who also think it's 'same old, same old' just don't mention it.
I do think it's a ok read though...
I am asking for the history lesson on aqua-soft if nobody else is. I really enjoy learning about how the community started. Looking forward to the next issue.

You're right, if everyone else likes it, I should like it too. ![]()
If I recall correctly, you were spamming and being an asshole quite a bit here only a few weeks ago. I know we had to close probably 5 of your threads, which were complete flamebait.
I'm not closing the thread, there's no reason to, but I have every right to post my objections to it.
this is very intersting, i join in june, and i missed out on the aqua apps, and im sure alot more.its very nice of duckie to keep the new Bs informed.
im also looking forward to part3.

no, you DONT have to like it, but you also dont have to bash it.
And you guys closed 2 threads of mine, so please stop exaggerating to validate your actions.
As far as the name calling(calling me an asshole) goes, that's childish...just as childish as you accuse ME of being.
And no, you dont have a reason to take issue with or object to these threads. you're the only one to start any negativity in any of the existing parts.
Try being a leader, not an instigator. The masses are watching, you know.

There is a new version of that app in the menubar called Eyeballs which is skinnable. I tried the other day to make a desktopX object that looks like it but I just got the graphics done I couldn't recode it to move the pupils. =Þ
I think it is interesting now people mistook the fact that the inactive titlebar was transparent and it was over a blue wallpaper thus tinting the titlebar for the titlebar actually being that color when it is inactive.
Here's the screenshot from when apple announced aqua which dangeruss made the first aqua WB skin from:
