I don't know if someone was waiting for it here, but i said i'd release Stefanka's Files for french users, and i did it

I have the french version of XP+sp1, but when I replace the shell32.dll using replacer, upon restarting, explorer keeps on crashing??
are you sure you have winxp pro, french, with latest updates ?
Well I thought it was upto date at the time. I will give it another try in a second, maybe the problem was my end, due to overclocking and things, as it seems that no one else has had this problem. I'll update my post in about 5 mins if it goes ok

Im still having the same problems, and its only with the shell32.dll from this french pack, I've tried two other shell32.dll's and they work fine! When I reboot, explorer doesn't crash, it's when I'm in the start menu, and I go to click on my computer, or programs, explorer just closes and restarts. I can use the run command from the start menu, and my other shortcuts. So far, the only way I've found to fix it, its to go to run comm, find the shell32.dll, rename it, then rename my backup back to shell32.dll, then reboot.
I have XP pro + sp1 on one install cd, and is upto date as of yesterday, attached is my system info. plz help, I would like this so much :cry:

great job...i have one question: for modifiy the stefanka files and create this pack you have take the windows files and copypaste only the BMP,AVI and ICO from stefanka...
because i have start to create stefanka pack in italian (i have winxp pro+sp1 ita) and i have seen that there are also .rc files....
I have to modify also these type? what program open .rc files?
