Help Downloadin' Stefanka Final System File

I have a whole bunch o' question sabout Stefanka Final System Files.Here i'd love some

courtesies to help me!

#1:I alway have problem downlaodin' the file.That would be great if somebody can reupload it!

#2:Does Stefanka change values in .dll's?As i see it for the 1st sight,it's different from my System files.For instance the positions of BMPs,Icons, and does Stefanka add some extra bmp,icons in .dll's?So how do we apply it to our own system files with BATCHMOD?

Sorry man!i still cannot DL it with Flashget,I guess maybe i need valid proxy!cuz sometimes proxies can deal with all kinds probems happened to me!

but can you provide one or tell me a tool which can grab some free,valid proxies!
