Underlying Links

Everytime I click a button or a link to go anywhere on the forum I get the small list of links listed below then it goes to the actual page.

The skin I'm using is Aqua-Soft Light and as for broswers I'm using IE 6.

I get it too about 20% of the time, slow page-loading. I only get it on the main page though.
