I like it, although XXJOSHATTACKX already made a milk skin for firefox and still hasn't received a reply from Lynchknot for permission to release.
I prefer the classic milk tabs and a squared off address field, but that would the same thing as Josh's skin. Yours gives a nice up-to-date feel.
I'd like to see you get permission to release this.

but i like "Saf" theme more 
i also modify a theme to my Saf theme~
and look forward a "Saf" theme for Firefox

I would like to tnx anyone, but i want to say taht i Don't have permission to release it. I read XXJOSHATTACKX's post and i think it's hard to get permission from Lynchknot, I know he makes a lot of work on it.

Why dont you release all your resorces and we coulc manualy change them like the EYLO kit did?
Cause i don't remember which files i have changed!!!This is the only problem. If i put all which is inside the theme. jar but in rar version?

I hope permission is granted soon because these Milk skins are the only way i'm going to switch over to Firefox.

I'm aware he archieved great reward with his skins and lead us the way to go - but it's still open source. He released all his sources and claims no rights on them. He could hardly do - the design is 90% Apple! >. )
So let's get this straight: the "golden rule" of open source is release SOON, release OFTEN.
In some part i will subscribe what you say, but i think we must ask him if we can use the 95% of his work, it's only a matter of courtesy.I don't know why he's so geaulous of his skin!!! I will wait a week, if Lynchknot will give me permission i will release with permission else i will release without permission.
Um, if you're using parts from Lynchknot's skin, you shouldn't release without permission and that's that.

Agreed. Yes, Lynchknot may have based his design off Apple, but he still put in all the time and effort to put them into usable form. He can't claim the rights to the Apple/Mac design, but he can claim rights to the bitmaps and code he created and converted himself.
If you want to use the argument that no one can ask Apple for permission, then yes, go right ahead... but then you should be taking and converting and adapting the resources directly from Apple and making them usable in Firefox, not relying upon Lynchknot's conversion work.
Ok:
Apple --> your release
Apple --> Lynchknot ---> your release w/permission from Lynchknot
Apple --> someone else ---> your release w/permission from someone else
Not ok:
Apple --> Lynchknot ---> your release w/o Lynchknot's permission

sorry i have to say your WRONG on the permissions thing YES its apples work 90% But lynch still took his time and effort to make most of the images in the theme So releaseing it with out his ok on his parts used is Not OK !!
looks really good..just one thing tho. Can you make the horizontal line between the toolbar and the bookmark bar disappear so it looks like one piece? The milk theme I am using for firebird does not have that line across which looks much nicer
If only I know how to do it myself i would like to mod that on every theme. :rant:

From my point of view theres a BIG differenz between "not OK" and "forbidden".
As Bicet stated it's a manner of courtesy - not of legal rights.
Nobody wants to "steal" anything from lynchknot - we want to improve his skins, and he should be proud of it. If he (or you) has a problem with that, you should rethink your decision modding open source sofware - and head back into the arms of microsoft 
Onother issue arises from the practical point of view: I changed about 70% of lynchknots png's for my 0.7 safari skin - I took them from my Apple-Screenshots (by the way - who wants to proof that in times of 100% pixelperfect themes?). I further changed about 30% of the browser.css code.
So, my fellow audience - is this now "genuine mine" or just a copy of lynchknots?
The least thing we need are copyrights on open source software - strange idear.
Me and my friend Bicet is building a new milk skin from scratch!! a better milk skin then lynch's (or we hope so). with buttons made by me and code by me and bicet!!

Just to get this straight: I don't want to start a flamewar or something like this. But I'm quite active in some open-source projects (and that's the main reason why I use Firebird) , and realy confused and concerned about this "permission" thing.
It's my serious belief that this is the wrong way to got.
Well, if I find some time I will make an "open-source-as-it-was-meant-to-be" Firefox theme that everyone can use withoud "permissions"...
To praise someones work and effort ist a good thing - to focus that on permissions is stupid.
So, that's that

With the exception of SAF large icons (may be discontinued soon), images are copyrighted by their creator and unless explicitly specified, are not licensed under GPL. Reuse of those images without explicit permission is considered a violation.
I'm not sure if this is legal - he "stole" most of the images from Apple.
Well I don't mind - I'm experienced with photoshop and redesigned 70% already - 30% to go and that's it.
