Actual Windows Manager

Hi, it'd be really nice for me to be about to add the title bar buttons (transparancy, minimize to system tray, keep on top) to all of my programs, instead of adding them one by one. Any way to do that?

I havent found any way to do that :S

The problem is, that windows is ment for just 1 way to do things. Unless you want to strip explorer.exe down to code, and program it, I guess your outta luck. (unless someone proves me wrong?)
