Removing Upper Left Icon On Apps

Hi-

I'm pretty new to this stufff... can someone tell me how to remove the small icons in the upper left hand corner of applications (the one if you click you get RESTORE/MOVE/etc.).

Do you have to do this on an application by application basis--and if so, how?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That menu has being there since Windows 3.1. The icon has changed thou. The only way I know is to cover it up with WindowBlinds.

Yes it's with windowblinds skins, but not in all skins.
