Wow thanks, too bad it doesnt change icon when it haves "Trash" in the Trash, you know what I mean.
I cant delete the Original Trash , I cant make it dissapear from my Desktop
If you mean you can't get rid of the recycle bin icon, you can download a program called TweakUI (from Microsoft), which allows you to remove it.

You mean when you delete something it shows a full trash bin or does it stay empty all the time? 
Its stays Emtpy all the time, Since its a AveDesk shortcut and not a AveDesk bin Docklet
Is there a bin docklet avaliable? - I had a look on DockEx, but they seem to be re-adding content.
there is one for Y'zdock but not for OD or Avedesk 
Worry not - if the news I hear is true Avedesk 1.1 will support drag and drop and there is also a trash desklet being made which will also allow you to remove your cd's by dragging them to the trash!
