Resource Hacker For Osx?

I Have panther and a neat lil app (x-charge) that gives me the battery status in may dock but i want to edit the colors of the battery. is there a resourcehacker type program to do this sort of thing in osx?

there is a little program that replaces your battery icon, and allows you to change the colors, let me try and find it

here it is, its pretty cool, lets you change the color, and the size and format of the battery in the menu

scratch that, I just reread your post, anyway what you want to do is control click the xcharge app icon, and select "show package contents" in the resources folder are all the icons, so from there you can change the colors if you open each icon and manually configure it to whichever color you want
