Start Menu

I am usin ObjectBar to replace my start menu bar, and I was wondering what you all did with your start bar to make it hidden for good...other than using the autohide option (cuz every time I get a new IM or something, the start menu pops up and flashes the window, and pushes OB down until I go to the IM, or when you go to a menu and accidentally go too far up, the start menu reappears...) Is there a way to remove it completely? Ideas? I searched for stuff like this, but wasn't sure what to call it.

There is an option in OB to hide windows startbar, I think it's in VIEW.

I use ObjectDocks Hide feature. It works well, but every once in a while when using aquaapps, it sneaks back in.

for a quick fix just resize it as small as it will go, then if it pops up it isn't as much as a bother

Doesn't work too well for me...
