Well i was disapointed that there wernt any Eylo icons out there perse(besides a safari icon and a preview of a bunch of folders) so i went about making a set to fill up my dock.
Contains the following icons meant for:
itunes
CD
iphoto
WMP
FTP client
word
3d studio max 4
photoshop
fireworks
visiual studio

hey, i haven't seen those, but theiy are really nice, i don't know how Pe7er feel about those, but i'd see them fit well in our pack
maybe create a generic folder icon, HD icon, & other "regular" ones & that would suits perfectly not only the dock, but the entire OS!!!

Well ive already started a few other icons (like 7 or 8), and will probaly make more. Ill probaly release them when i think im done (should be a few days)

@Seph I find that extreamly insulting and would apreaciate if you you never said it again. I think A-S-streetperson is much more politicaly correct :canadian:
btw: if anyone wants to distribute these, do so openly as long as you give me some recognition.

I created these icons last night drawing heavily on yours for inspiration. Do you think it would be cool if I release them? I have them packaged with ico's, png's, psd's, and a few other goodies.
:edit: I just realized I updated some of the psd's without updating the other formats. I'll release them tomorrow, pending permission. And they'll look even better!

I guess my only suggestion would be to use the pen tool to make vector based "paths" for your icons in photoshop. Even better, I think I'd use Illustrator first and you could tweak in photoshop. That would keep the "jaggies" around the edges away. Even when you tweak size and proportion!

I keep trying, but I've never been able to figure out the pen tool. Besides, some of the worst icons were improved by going back to the source icon and doing a better job of cutting out the shape.
