Update: Mac Osx 10.2.4 For Objectbar

Hello All ya skin moders...

Well after the busy holiday, and being sick, I have finally finished my latest update to my OSX ObjectBar...

Mac OSX 10.2.4

I am sure this will become the diffinitive OSX OB, and you will all be highly impressed by it. ;)

Lots of updates and fixes in this release.

- Correct the font issue, Menu images and fonts now match more closely, recommend using XP cleartype for the closest match.

- All menu BMP's have been changed to TGA's, TGA's allow true transperancy and anti-aliasing vs. BMP's magic pink.

- New directory and filename structure, based on skins themselves.

- New Aqua Finder bar image, 100% - 1:1 accurate to the OSX Finder bar.

- Corrected selected Finder bar images, so they are based off the Finder bar.

- Removed Menu transperancy from the skins, so that transparency is now controlled via OB's preferences.

- Color Corrections on skins.

- Apple Finder logo now changes with skin changes.

- Selected systray Expander image now changes with skin changes.

- Corrected Power Management systray icon.

- Go Menu icons now have anti-alaised edges, no more grey edges.

- Menu Arrows are now black instead of dark grey.

- Apple Shortcut key images are now sourced from Wingdings 1-3 fonts, which produced a much better image than the photochops that were previously used.

- Jaguar skin renamed to Fur.

- Skins in skin selection window now easier to read, thus easier to choose.

- Brushed skins now use solid color for selected/mouseover.

No longer using the Aqua selected/mouseover images.

- Added Grape Aqua/Brushed Skins, for a total of 16 Skins.

- Added Fur Apple logo to Fur skin.

- Added Graphite Apple logo to Graphite skin.

- Added 6 new systray icons, that are user configurable. (By default they do nothing.)

I am sure I am forgetting something...

Looks good

Only problem is some discrepancies in the hovered and unhovered images that have pictures in them (mainly in the "Go" menu)

But thats very minor, its a great theme

how do I get transperancy on the menus????

#9466

Right click the menu, select properties.

Go to the top of the catagory in the Floating Bars section

(Root of that menu), go to the advanced tab.

Check Override Skin-set Transperancy.

Use the slider to set transperancy.

You will have to do this to all floating bars (menus).
