The windowblinds skin is available on my site. My mysql server was lagging this evening when I tried to add the download and it said couldn't connect so I assumed it didn't work. 
But then I looked just now and it was there and it has been downloaded a few times already. 
My other aqua skins will be uploaded later.

Hmm...it isnt working. WB can't find the files. I see the folder it created, but it wont skin.
Might wanna check the file smoke.
Never mind...just use WB's theme browser to install it.
That doesn't sound good... I've repackaged it and reuploaded it.
BTW.. for those of you who wonder why I don't include the app icon on the titlebar. It's because I don't like how I have to shift the text over in order for it not to overlap the icons which makes the titlebar text look very not centered when the window is medium-large size.
Smoke it still doesn't work for me. Can you please tell me exactly how I should go about installing it?? I tried to install it using both the Display Properties dialog box as well as the WindowBlinds theme browser (as Duckie said) but it still doesn't work. It doesn't skin anything and the titlebar disappears.
It creates a folder in the WindowBlinds directory called smoke-jaguar and the theme is displayed in the theme browser as aqua-standard-pl...

The problem is that it seemed to make the folder with pl in it's name for the pilless version, changing the name of it to smokes-jaguar works. I am looking at the config files now.
*update* I got it fixed, it turns out using a hyphen after smokes-jaguar in the pilles substyles was causing it. It's fixed now.
