as i feel that its wrong to steal other peoples hardwork and try and pass it off as your own????????

Whta exactly are you saying. Are you saying that the person stole the skin for IVP. Because at the bottom of the frankwintjens page, it has the text "Luna-Soft Skin by Timan - Aqua-Soft" And Phoenix Torrents site is having problems.
