Mac Os Gui Replacer Themes

Hello everybody.. :woot:

Been a while since I last posted, been snooping around in other skining sites and found that gui replacer is becoming very popular, many themes are created and the currnet version supports the change of avi files, why isnt there any mac related themes ? it is safer and it changes every single icon in the system and doesnt require sp1 !! :naughty: I guess themes in this format is much better !! I am using it now and it works like a charm !!

Looking forward for your thoughts on this !!

I think the main reason for this is because some people prefer to keep aspects of their system seperate. For example, I am using the GuiPod theme, a Milk Objectbar and Snow E2 icons. If I was using a GuiPod package, I would not have the same choice and variation.

genuine143, i never heard of gui replacer so i downloaded the version 1.4 from Madd Inc now i'd like to know if you know of any good sites that has some gui replacer modules in it...to see if it would look nicer than Eylo?

Yes what you say it's true dappleyard, but I like soooo much GUI replacer too.

I use it on my work PC and it's very useful and faster when you want to MacOSX-port a newer XP installation.

It's a mistake that no one have made a MacOS package.

I'd try also, but the package maker still doesn't works for me...

@genuine123: do you know how I (or others) can easly makeup a package?

BTW: GUI replacer works fine on Windows2003 server too!

dappleyard, I am currently using the crystal module for gui replacer and my vs is opusos and my yz toolbar is blue curve.. so I dont see why its not applicable in our great community !!

I mean imagen what can we do .. we could easly switch between themes with no harm or any risks not to forget the ability to save your defult so that if u dont like the new theme you can switch back to your old one !! :naughty: Imagen a guipod module, snow module even an aqua world module it opens another dimention in mac xp themein !! :woot:

What I like about the program as well is that every module can have its own avi .. for example the milk one could be different than the guipod one which is different than the panther one !! :naughty: ok I am getting excited now !! I'll shut up !!

tried the module creator but didnt now how to use it .. any tips !!!

sorry to dig up an old thread...

im the creator of 5 mdules for GUI Replacer, including the Crystal MX one talked about in this thread

i go by Fizical on every other forum but this one. because i wanted to use my chiense name (kai le) in my handle here.

anyway i am working on a mac osx module but every time i have asked for resources i have come up dry when making specific requests. if you really want to see a mac module then help me out

its a project that has been on hold for some time as i didnt have enough recourses and i wanted to make my gant 2 package as complete as possible.

if you want to help me out with suggesting resources and so on. then head over to the new forums created for GUIR and let me know or reply to this thread.
