Convert .tif .ico

Can someone help me, I want to convert iceman tray icons (in .tif) in .ico.

I've a problem : when I open it in paint or in iconworkshop, I've a black backround.

Are you s(h)ure Iceman's systray icons are in Tif? I downloaded them and they are already in .Ico format. If the extension says *.tif, try adding or change it to *.ico. When I opened an icon as a *.tif, all I got was a black image also.
