Removing Winexplorer Toolbar Menus

I've found the same registry edit that allows you to hide the IE's Help menu in the toolbar (File, Edit, Favorites... Help).

I haven't found anything about hiding the same menu in Windows Explorer.

I know how to do so using ResHacker, but any mod to XP's toolbar seems to disable the "Tools" menu. Bad.

Anyway, does anyone have a definite idea of how to disable certain toolbar menus (Favorites and Help), without using any program that must always be running?
