yeah, i read that part. What apple makes, is remove the theme, i dont think they will go personal with the person who is responsible, they jut ask to remove it, or they will go legally against the creator. At the moment, he is unsure to make it public. Maybe another person is going to make it, in this forum.

i know, i have tried that, but no luck. I will try to search for more solutions. I have Phoenix Versoin 0.5 i just downloaded a few hours ago.

Phoenix install has been broken since 12-29-02 - the best build is 12-28. You will not be able to install themes with current"nightly" builds - Milestone builds should be ok. Here is an installer that will put an install button in your browser prefereces/themes - providing you have a good build.

If you do not get a "install?" dialog - but a download dialog - you have a broken Phoenix.

I did not realize I would get so many PM's when I made this (judging from the reaction of the Moz theme thread) If someone will host this - go ahead. No, i'm not afraid of Apple! It's just that some communities I hang out at, frown upon the distibution of copywritten material. I just don't want a negative rep - so i'm sharing this not publicly but "between friends"

mmr_85 now it`s working for me i just did what i`ve thold u and instaled the safari.jar .It`s working to me..

In that resource zip that you`ve said you have it do u have the splash screen from safari if u do pls give me that link
