Firefox is a really nice browser...
Just a shame it doesn't seem to work properly with any of the extensions or themes that're out there for Firebird <_<
I'll assume that the mass directory content deletion didn't happen to you?
I'll have to take a look at this.

Pretty weird... But I do believe that they will come some day. ![]()
Might try this out later. Looking really good.

infact, i'm returned to Firebird ![]()
I get back to firebird, cause i can't live without tabbrowser extensions, which doesn't work.

Oooohh...
Then perhaps we need to give firefox some run-in time before switching... (And skinning it, of course.
)

Hmmm. From what you people are saying, I think I'll give this Firefox a little developing time till I upgrade to it. I've got 0.7, and it rocks, but I can't live without some of the extensions. But thanks for the info ![]()
Every extension that worked with 0.7 works with 0.8, at least for me. Including TBE.
I fixed the problem I was having with TBE - look at the developer's page for info on how to fix TBE, if you're having issues with Firefox (it's a known thing that TBE doesn't like being in your profile directory when you upgrade)...
As of now, all my favourite Firefox extensions are working ![]()
It would be pefect if we got a better default theme for Windows. I hope somebody ports Pinstripes to Windows!

What's so bad about the current default (admittedly, it's going to be reworked sometime soon, but that's beside the point)?
How many of the target audience of Firefox d'you think have their PC looking in such a way that Pinstripes would look any good to them?
Having such a theme as the default for Windows would make the browser look out of place in a 100% Luna environment, whereas the current default looks about right (given a little tweaking, as mentioned).
i want pinstripe ![]()
i just got firefox 0.8, and it doesn't like my milk theme. :6
and i have to get all my bookmarks back in place
i tryied it, and it didn't like my theme eather...it was wierd there was a magnifing glass from the skin over the Google icon in the search field. and it didn't look right at all. also bookmarks gone.
what safari skins are u guys using that looks right. would a link be possilble?
I like Firefox with no extensions. It loads up and runs nice and fast now. :rule:

I didn't say that Pinstripes should be the default theme for the Windows version of Firefox. I simply meant that I think they could make the default theme nicer. I would like somebody in the community to port Pinstripes to Windows as well.
Moved, phoenix is cross platform.
Im calling it phoenix because I refuse to play this name game again. Hell, the profile folder in linux is still called "phoenix". <_<

Yeah it's also called that way in Windows. Vague huh <_<
