Aqua-Soft ForumsI have a laptop that only does 16 bit color (65536 colors). For some reason it's only displaying the 16 color versions of all of my icons (original Windows icons as well as the ones I'm trying to replace them with). Running at 16bit color I would figure that it would use the 8 bit versions of the icons because that's the highest color depth in the icon file that's lower than 16 bit. Anybody know how to tell Windows XP what color depth to use for the icons?
