Problem With Y'z Recyclebin Docklet

i use the recyclebin docklet for y'zdock.

the eject function works fine when there's a disk in my CD or DVDROM befor i eject them.

But when there is no disk in the cd and DVDROM

It still eject...and I put a disk in to it.

than it can't load any data on any disk, it says there's no disk in the ROM(of course there "is" a disk in it!! I just put it inside >.< )

than I have to restart my computer to make it back to normal.

does anyone have the same problem??

or just my problem??
