Need Hosting For My Website (i-cons.tk)

As some of you might know, my website is out of updates, because Im unable to update my webpage, due to my actual host, who froze the ftp access. I need help, with reliable hosting.

My needs for hosting are:

NO ADS

Reliable

FTP Access

Good Speed

Mysql if possible (for my forums)

THE HOSTING IS ONLY FOR MY WEBPAGE, NOT MY FILES, WHICH ARE HOSTED IN OTHER PLACE

I can place a badge or something on my webpage, saying im hosted with you. Help would be extremly appreciated, since I do really need this help to keep my webpage running.

Ah, and news on AquaSource, The page is complete. We just need to configure our server. Well, it took SOOO long because of, well, Design. We went through several designs, and to this date, I'm still not entirely happy, but It will make due.
