[help] Not All Icons Get Changed.

I apply an IconPackage in IP v2.5 and it will change all fine but some open/save dialogs in some progs, like Opera won't get changed, is there a way to get those changed?

This is a known issue in Windows.

To change the icons, you've got to ResHack the appropriate DLLs.
