OK, here's the definition of a .csv file, and there's nothing in there that could correspond to any of the icons. I have the officeX icons myself, and I can't see any that would fit what that page is describing. Unless someone else has a good icon, you may just have to use a generic Excel Office X icon. Sorry I can't be of any more help
