Need Help With A New Bar

I'm now making a totally new aqua osx bar theme 100 % accurate to the real one but I need help. Actually I need high resolution screen shots of the osx menus. in fact bmp pictures of the finder menu, View menu and go menu.

I already have shots of the other menus but if you got high resolution ones I would appreciate.
