OK, yesterday I found a marvelous app which is very usefull to take note on the desktop.
You wouldn't have ever imaginated it but Desknote did it!

Eh.....Menu is in French? cannot really know what it is...eventhough after some click can figure out...
but it's good program I guess...

The author says it is in english if Windows is in english
its crap
It's got a couple of bells and whistles, such as transparency, etc. - but it doesn't feel complete yet. I'd wait for the next iteration.
