I have been using this photoshop action to create my icons. I thought it would be nice to have other people have fun with it. Let me know what you think of it.
Minimun requirements

Photoshop 6 and a stinking clue
128x128 PNG file (it may work with JPGs but PNG works better)
hmmm what happen to 54x54 
i allways add 54x54 to mine icos
iconworkshop by axalis does this automaticaly.
Axalis IconWorkshop is simply magical.
But I believe it'll be more fun to do it with Photoshop.
