Kol's Aqua 2.3 Theme Missing?

At kol's website, http://www.studiotwentyeight.net/vs.htm , the Aqua 2.3 visual style link leads to a different theme at DeviantArt. Do you know where the Aqua 2.3 theme went? Thanks.

That's a Jag skin ayway, and Iceman's is better IMO (altho Kol's other VS's are great)
