Does This Is A Bug?

Hello!

This is my first topic, so i am gonna have a little nervous

So, recently i am download and using XWindows Dock for docking my applications and others.

But, when i open an applications and then maximize it, XWindows Dock seems wanna a get my attentions by

always appearing while i typing in Notepad, or editing a pic in Adobe Photoshop, and more.

It will go away when i minimize the applications then maximize it.

Is it a bug?
