Windows 7 X64 Deadly Lag

Hi, i need help,

i really want to use this dock, but when i try to use it on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits

i get a really annoying lag... it refreshes once every 5 seconds (its way too slow)

but when i kill the process at task manager, it returns to normal.

how do i solve this problem?

Specifications:

Intel Core I5 430M

6 Gb Memory

500Gb HD

Intel HD Graphics Card (onboard)

(and i dont think this dock can use that much of my notebook)
