Any Help With Mac Theme For Skype?

I am a Mac fanboy, who is too young to afford one. I started transforming my Desktop and it is almost done. I just have a few things left, and one of those things is a Leopard theme for my Skype. Does anyone know of any Patch, or just tweaking the system files yourself?? It would Help a lot

(I apologize if there is already a Skype thread. I'm new to this sight )

Also I posted a View of My desktop below. It isn't perfect, but I still think it's pretty close to Leopard. But if you have any suggestions, please post them as well.
