Gdi++ Issue

I got the message of "Could not load gdi++.dll" when running the gditray.exe , and according to this thread: http://www.aqua-soft.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=50374, gid++ only works with SSE2 or 3 , and mine is only SSE, so any to make it work? I don;t really understand the methods the poster said in his thread.
